Here's a question for you. If Keldric Faulk, Sonny Styles, and Carnell Tate are all on the board when we're picking, do we truly go BPA and take another receiver or do you go defense? And if the latter, who?

And here's another mock for you to critique. I did it at nflmockdraftdatabase.com

I go Styles. I have read that he is up and playing at about 250 lbs

Our LB's are very weak and miss a lot of tackles

Yeah, but every team can operate that way now. Jerry Jones would have an unfair advantage in 1992. We can have a separate discussion about the salary cap, since that's another arbitrary constraint that I've never cared for, but as long as you have a cap, every team can theoretically compete for the same players. As for the Saints, yeah they swept us, but that's still a collapsing franchise that no one wants to emulate any time soon. They also have a weird ass setup where Loomis is more like an owner than a typical GM. Most GMs aren't given that sort of leeway.

Either that, or flip the draft order. Force the shitbox teams to play hard near the end of the season and get creative with their resources if they want a higher draft pick. Is there going to be a bigger gap between the best and worst teams? Yes, and that's good. If I had my way, I'd borrow from soccer and relegate awful NFL teams. Fuck those teams. In fact, fuck them in the asshole with a big rubber dick. Who exactly is benefiting from Myles Garrett being wasted in Cleveland?

Bunch of good guys to watch tonight.
    From GBN Report

Miami-Ohio State CFP quarter-final preview … The CFP quarter-finals get underway New Year’s Eve with #10 Miami facing #2 Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl with kick-off set for 7:30 PM ET on ESPN. And what a way for draft watchers to kick-off the New Year with a game featuring as many as 5 players with top ten potential for the upcoming draft including FS Caleb Downs (#2, 6-0, 205), LB Arvell Reese (#8, 6-3, 245) and WR Carnell Tate (#17, 6-2, 195) of the Buckeyes and DE Rueben Bain (#4, 6-3, 270) and RT Francis Mauigoa (#61, 6-5, 315) of the Hurricanes. Downs, Reese and Bain, tough, are not the only Buckeyes’ with first-round possibilities as LB Sonny Styles (#0, 6-4, 245) and rising DT Kayden McDonald (#98, 6-3, 325) each has some later first potential, has later first-round potential, while TE Max Klare (#86, 6-4, 245), rising DE Caden Curry (#92, 6-3, 260) and CBs Jermaine Matthews (#7,5-11, 190) and Davison Igbinosun (#4, 6-2, 190) are mid-to-late candidates. Of course, the one Buckeye that every NFL team would love to get their hands on is All-American sophomore WR Jeremiah Smith (#4, 6-3, 225), the consensus top prospect overall for the 2027 draft.

I was about to pump up Sonny Styles and then he got demolished by Miami's RB. I might not be able to unsee that for a while.

QB Mensah from Duke looks good.
Remember all the hype around Mason Graham last year? Dude hasn't shown all that much as a rookie.

It seems like Miami has gone out of their way to pick on Styles. I don't know how he's played overall because I haven't watched the whole game, but every time I check in they seem to be going after him with a run play or some kind of pass.

DTs take a bit to develop. Remember people thinking Derrick Brown was a bust?
