    This is the perfect example of an ass whupping. The Panthers are getting destroyed 42-6 without having any TOs. This loss cannot be blamed on TOs. It's just a mud stomping ass kicking.

    Well, that sucked.



    I want to like Dave Canales, but his record is miserable and too many losses have basically been over by halftime. Being in habitual garbage time is unacceptable in the NFL.


    All of the coaches who are worth their salt have an innate ability to snap their teams out of a slide. You saw that today with Vrabel. That game wasn't going great for the Patriots early on, but he clearly pushed the right buttons and mother fucked the right people to get them back on track. You could sense their focus ratcheting up 10x by the second quarter. I've seen the same thing happen with Harbaughs teams. The Chiefs have done it so often that it feels like luck, but Reid just knows how to get his team focused at the right moment. This is a real thing, and the Panthers haven't had it in a long time.

    Trading up to #1 to take any of those QBs was a mistake. None of them have proven to be worth the cost. It was a franchise crippling decision.


    Plus, the 2022 team had two quarterbacks on its roster who've turned out to be better than anyone from that draft. Happy thoughts.
