Is there something wrong with the website? I use Brave Browser and an adblocker so sometimes I don't get a lot of javascript crap that clickbait sites use.

SI is terrible. That was an 'article' that was 6 3 sentence paragraphs wrapped around a tweet- if it's not a lightly edited AI summary of the tweet I'll eat my my hat.

"The Carolina Panthers are releasing former South Carolina Gamecock edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Clowney was set to make $13.7 million per Spotrac. Releasing him puts $6 million onto the Panthers' dead cap, saving them just over $7 million."

"75 percent of the Carolina Panthers' 2025 NFL draft class has officially been secured.
As announced on Thursday evening, six of the team's eight selections are now under contract.

    The signees are as follows:

Today's work leaves behind just two unsigned draftees—Texas A&M pass rusher Nic Scourton (51st overall pick) and University of Georgia running back Trevor Etienne (114th overall pick)."
