    The Panthers are about $20 million over the cap for 2023, which means the team was supposed to be in "win now" mode, yet they've managed to construct a monstrosity that looks worse than all of the rebuilding teams. The Chicago Bears spent no money this year, and even as they've virtually outlawed the forward pass from their offense, I'm not convinced Carolina would beat them in a five game series.



    It's an amazing feat of incompetence by everyone involved. Tepper, Hurney, Rhule, Fitterer, and all of the front office slackers who leak information to their media buddies and twitter fans. Great work, everyone.
