I had high hopes for Thomas but he has never gotten more than 2 or 3 looks a game

All the FA and draft stuff depends on what we run on offense and defense.

We have no identity on either side of the line.

If we are gonna be a major running team, then maybe Thomas stays

Same on defense. We have 34 guys playing in a 43 system on the edges. An occasional sack is nice, but Burns and Reddick getting tossed around on running plays is not so nice.

Either keep those guys and run a 34, or trade Burns to a team needing an elite athlete for their 34, and on, and on

    Rhule trying to be everyone

Yeah, I think he could look better in a better situation, but that's probably true about most fringe starters.

Yep. It's a mess. Burns taking on double team blocks in the running game.

At nearly vet min fine but they didn't sign Arnold and draft tremble cause Thomas was the answer. He'll get more from ronshington or the lake effect panthers.

That’s true, but consider the Panthers’ lack of TE involvement too. And perhaps that’s due to lack of talent. He just hasn’t shown improvement to warrant keeping him.

I noticed Tremble more than Thomas, and he's a rookie. I don't care if he's back, but I would be a little unhappy if he got a big contract.
