As an LSU fan, I would be good with this. LSU gets great talent regardless of who's coaching them.

I can see a scenario where we trade for Watson, fire Rhule, hire another white coach... And Watson refuses to play again

Or is convicted goes to jail and we were too stupid to put a conviction caveat in the trade

    Sometimes here, sometimes there
One of these days maybe a panthers coach and staff will realize an oline is the biggest cure for average skill level talent. Having the best qb and offense in the league by far still doesn't get you a trophy without protection. See 2015 season sb.

On top of that, even having great quality qb and wrs like brady and co is no good without at least an average line and quick strike pass play calling.

The panthers have none of that and rarely have since 1995.

Sometimes a great d can mask those offense deficiencies, but not for long.

    History proves science.

I was thinking about the differences between college and NFL yesterday while watching Jim Harbaugh flex his dick.

The gap in player talent between the best and worst FBS teams is obviously much wider than the difference between the best and worst NFL teams. But it seems like the gap in coaching talent is much more narrow in college. The guy who would be somewhere around the 10th best NFL head coach is at Michigan or Oklahoma or Alabama instead. That's how you're ending up with mediocre people like Matt Rhule and Joe Judge in charge of NFL teams. None of the big fishes want these NFL jobs unless they're the perfect situation, which they rarely are. The owners make them inherently dysfunctional and unstable.

The last time the Giants won by that margin was 43 games ago. I don’t think you can overlook how dysfunctional that organization is, and how badly they spanked Carolina.
