    They should have a 250K cap for freshmen, increasing every year to a million dollar cap for seniors. Give some incentive to stay in school, and decrease the chase for a payday right out of high school.

    First of all that sounds like some BS, if a kid is good at something other than sports do we cap their earnings? Second: Who should have the cap and who enforces it? Look into the European super league proposals in soccer if you want to see what happens next. Alabama, Notre Dame, FSU, USC, Ohio State, Texas, Georgia, Florida probably have some idea of how to do this already drawn up.
