it's a write-off season in terms of fans, so if there was ever a season to tank, this is it.

From 4th place to getting destroyed in the play in game. Injuries hurt. Has Haywood ever played a whole season without getting hurt?

Hayward does come off as being fragile.

wow. i started skipping ahead by the middle of the 2nd quarter. shot selection was pretty questionable in for what parts i did see and once they were down they seemed to lose confidence. indy was hot to start and seemed to gain confidence. losing the last, what, 5 straight certainly put them in this position that laying an egg sends them home.

i guess that means they at least get a ball in the lottery.

Does any of this season fall on the coach? You actually made it to the playoffs(even though it was a play-in game) and the team plays like it was a Tuesday night pick-up game at the rec center.
Fans deserve better than what they got.
Almost every team could fall back on the " but our injuries " excuse, but the Hornets mailed it in like they didn't expect to win.
Coach JB might have come from the Pop coaching staff, but how much Pop did he bring with him?
He is pretty much even keeled during his conferences and on the side line.
Come on JB, you got your asses handed to you on a platter by a team with a similar record that you had beaten during the year.
Get pissed coach and show some passion. The fans will understand.
This stat from the last game:
"The Pacers' offense never slowed down. Indiana was getting wide-open looks and finished with more uncontested 3-pointers (13) than Charlotte had 3-pointers total (12). According to ESPN Stats & Information research, Indiana almost had as many uncontested field goals (36) as Charlotte had total field goals (43)."
Any Hornet fan that bought a ticket for any of the last 5 games should get a refund.

    Congrats LaMelo on being ROY.
I didn't think it would happen after he was out with the broken wrist for so long.
He probably should have been held out for the remainder of the season, but I wonder if he would have won had he not made a return.

0-4 in the Summer League and very few bright spots. Kia Jones is doing the best as a rookie, but it's the coaching I'm the most disappointed in.
If you as a coach can't get your team to average less than 20 TOs a game then you ain't much of a coach.
Yes, it has really been sad to watch.
