    ESPN are suggesting this one;

    Texans Receive:

    8th Overall Pick

    39th Overall Pick

    2022 First-Round Pick

    2023 First-Round Pick

    QB Teddy Bridgewater

    Panthers Receive:

    QB Deshaun Watson

    2022 Third-Round Pick

    2023 Fourth-Round Pick

    That sounds like a good deal. I still think other teams are ahead of us though in the trade steaks.

    Be interesting to see how the panthers are viewed in the league as a desirable place to sign. Dumping the starting qb in consecutive offseasons might not be the big brained move we all think it is.

    This is what bothers me. I want a QB who's more focused on doing his job than managing personnel.

    I think getting to play the Colts twice a year might have influenced Deshaun's outspoken attitude towards his career being wasted by an incompetent front office.

    When JJ Watt does it, it's fiery and inspirational.

    That espn trade proposal looks way to much for the Panthers to give up for Watson. He's just not that great imo. Sure, way better than Teddy, but damn....he'll still be running for his life in Carolina, and that's not where he makes his best decisions, is it?

    If he's a top five quarterback, he's worth the picks. We would need to fix our offensive line, of course, but Watson is better than anyone out there but Mahomes and Rodgers, and we would probably have him for 12-13 years. He would immediately make our offense legit even with the crap line we threw out there last year.
