I agree, take our chaces on one of these two guys. Both have an unbelievable upside and could be a huge help to this team if they return to healthy. ACL/MCL injuries aren't that uncommon anymore. He'll return and still be one hell of a back.

Not me. This is a guy who will have to sit next season on IR. I'll take a gamble like that in the 6th, not the third or fourth.

    I wouldn't do it.

Other than Wesley being a nice surprise, check out our history w/ 4th rounders (not too good) and we have an extra one this year. Take him if he's there. We have nothing to lose. We've already came out way ahead on the Wallace/ Williams trade.

It's the first I've heard of that. The same knee? If that's true, ech. That he's torn ligaments in his knee once already and then did it again, there's all sorts of bad medical mojo associated with that.

His ligaments could have been made of Chinese bamboo and still snapped with the hit he took against Ohio State. Yeah the 2nd injury to the same knee is a little scary but, for the extra fourth I think it's worth the risk.

part of it, like with Foster, isn't that the ACL or MCL won't be strong. There's a good possibility it will be. There's also a good chance there's less cartilage, which is what Foster had after his second knee injury. If McGahee took that hard a hit, and had an injury once before, I'd be real concerned that if he does in fact come back strong, what wear will do to it, even short term.

I'd consider with the 5th, but I'd like some solid contributors with my first five picks. It does beat drafting some middle eastern tennessee state JUCO safety, though.

We won't get the chance -

Was it Houston or Detroit that was so in love with MaGahee?

Whoever it is will grab him in the 3rd
