    I like the Burns pick a lot. He's not a conventional 4-3 DE but I doubt that they plan to use him as one. The first step is truly elite and what I like is that he has actual pass rush moves instead of being a guy who is just speed. In base looks I would line him up off the ball since I think he has the lateral agility and length to be fine in coverage as a linebacker, and he'd have less issues getting engulfed against the run by starting at the second level. Burns is a guy OCs will be legitimately scared of on pass downs.
