Nick Foles isn't a good quarterback. He'll look a lot more like the St. Louis version of Nick Foles in Jacksonville.

it's not a crime but a violation of the contract the nfl signed with the players union. The settlement is just to avoid the likely fun that would be had from discovery when nfl owners and execs had their phones and emails subpoenaed.

Never followed 49ers in that period, but thought he had one really good season, then mediocrity. Also sounds like he wasn't lived by teammates. Dont need that shit regardless of his kneeling or political views.

Kaepernick got benched for Blaine Fucking Gabbert before he started kneeling. In fact, losing the starting job during training camp is why he started kneeling, because he wanted to create a stink that would get him released. Technically, yes, he would be on an NFL roster if not for his behavior in the same way that Tim Tebow would be on an NFL roster if not for what follows him. Kaepernick averaged 6.7 yards per pass attempt during his final two seasons with San Francisco, which is the same mark that Tebow put up during his three year career. They're both strong-armed, mobile quarterbacks who do a good job of mitigating risk but fundamentally lack accuracy or anticipation.
