    Then why not make every team play the last 3 games of the season their respective division games?

    Because the NFL is run by idiots now.



    If the NBA cut their season in half and shorted the playoffs, I think they would rule America. The other leagues are just better run leagues at the moment. The NFL is running off the fumes of their success under prior leadership.
