I would soil myself with glee if Soloman fell to us. Dude is almost as good as Myles Garrett

 

Jacksonville shouldn't take Fournette but might. The Jets might and probably should but probably won't.

 

The one constant is that some team(s) make dumb decisions. Not that Carolina can throw stones. If Fournette, Garrett, and Solomon are gone, as well as a strong d-back, does Gettleman go Hog Molly and take an O-lineman?

 

Placing CN under center part time w/ a strong RB like LF would add years to his career.

I'm really concerned about the DE position. I don't think we can count on anything from CJ going forward. Peppers should be used in a part time role, and probably Addison also. If Jordan Willis falls to 40, then that's a trigger that has to get pulled I think. I just don't want to end up in a position dumpster fire like we had with both the O-line and CB last year.

 

I actually like our DE situation. I'm still worried about corner, and I'm gravely concerned about the offensive tackle situation. In his career, Michael Oher has actually been far worse on the right side. Even if Kalil isn't a flop, it's very possible that we've downgraded from Remmers at RT.

 

If we're being honest, the only positions that don't need an upgrade are LB, maybe DT, and maybe QB.

 

I'm definitely the crazy lone wolf when it comes to DE. It would be great to have a true gamewrecker, but the rotation we'll use with those four guys should work great. I really like the position right now.
