    I think B&B had it right. They spend a lot of time genuinely coaching such that their players don't make a lot of dumb screw-ups, and they do a good job of filling the roster with role players who can do a handful of things really well, then only ask them to do those things rather than trying to make one player do everything.

    We have a #14 who does everything....average. Gman would like 42 more of those.

    Totally agree with you on this Collin. He just knows how to coach his players, no matter who they are, to just play enough to help the team out.
