    People don't seem happy about the 2 personal fouls rule. I like it.
    Extra point permanently moved out
    Touch back moves out to 25

    I don't like the 25 touch back. If get rid of kickoffs if you keep messing with it. Seems they don't want to have them run it back at all anymore, so just start at the 20 and call it good.
