    They were, pick one: a slipped down WR, an ill advised 2 point attempt, a lucky as hell bounce on the fumble recovery, a stupid ass prevent D inside two minutes, away from a win.

    Coaches make their money in two minute situations. The shitty ones like Gruden and Tomsula and Whisenhunt find ways to fuck up those situations.

    Also, think about what Mike Smith must be going through. His old team is undefeated and the team that got him fired is undefeated. I don't even know what to call that. A Post-Triple Cuck Double Cuck? There's so many layers of cuckoldry there.

    Plus Miami wouldn't even hire him as an interim DC. Unwanted and forgotten.
