The GM has too much of an offensive fetish to pull the plug on Trestman now. He'll get a third year. Unless Marshall kills everybody in the building first.

I think the Jeff Fisher experience has run it's course in St Louis.

Looks like Orton is saving the Bills season. 3-1 as a starter up there.

Trestman probably gets away with a change of DC. He was hailed a hero last year.

He was a guy we talked about years ago here as an OC I believe. I think Mags liked him a lot.

It's funny how Orton did exactly what Favre did to get to Minnesota and nobody treats it like it's some atrocity.

I don't see the media pushing Orton's situation on us 24/7, getting people irritated as hell over Orton.

Because nobody cared about Favre's actions, they just had an agenda against him. I just think it's amusing that another guy did the exact same thing and he's being hailed some kind of a feel good story.

By the way, Sammy Watkins and Buffalo's front seven is saving Doug Marrone's job. I just want to make that perfectly clear. And nice job with that trade Cleveland. One guy is your backup QB and the other has been relegated to special teams work.

See, I really am unaware of whatever went on with Orton (though, since the analogy is being made, I think I have some idea). Perhaps had the media not been so obsessed with Greg Hardy or Michael Sam or whoever they were building up or tearing down that week, I would have had Orton on my radar.

He retired from the Cowboys to sign with the Bills. Of course nobody cares because it's Kyle Orton. I just thought it was funny that the media didn't call a player out for doing what Favre did.

If only he had texted pictures of his penis to a team employee....
