    So apparently we're only looking at players who wear the number 89.

    I would love to know if we have the balls to put another player in that thing this year....I really want to know if the org has enough stones to fucking do that.

    We had better, if we don't outright retire it, put it up for a few years.

    Jackie Miles will probably say no, and then Gettleman will fire him.

    Hopefully the players form some sort of protest against it.

    I hope so. I'm fucking worried about what that will do with the locker room.

    All that great chemistry last year...and now all of this BULLshit.

    From what I understand, #4 isn't technically retired but Miles doesn't allow anybody to wear it. I'm certain he'll adopt the same policy with 89 unless that fat bastard overrules him.

    That's awesome. God I hope Miles pulls his weight. But yeah...Gettleman will probably tell him tough shit.
