I think another interesting point made previously is the fact that Rivera and Shula made it clear that they wanted to focus more on involving the RBs more and using the read option less, but Gettleman did nothing to help them out.

Every once in a while Shula will call plays that make him look like an average Offensive Coordinater. A little help on the OL might have helped.
