    That's a college team in the NFL.

    They need another emergency expansion draft to improve that team.

    They better select the right QB next year. That would help a lot. Doesn't help that your most talented player on the team is sitting at home the rest of the year. Cant afford to bust on 2 highly selected QB's and a WR that can't get it together.

    I don't like them being a habitual doormat game in the AFC, they need to start competing again and hanging some losses on teams. Its not that I care about the Jags, I just don't like the other teams getting handed 2 automatic wins every year.

    I feel a little bit sorry for Gus Bradley, who probably didn't fully realize what he was getting himself into and probably won't be around to reap the benifits of this monumental tank job. It's also hard to imagine him getting another HC job with 0-16 on his resume.
