    Pretty good stuff. Not sure why he's deflecting credit from McDermott, and I think he's the one guy we have who might be worth a trial look, but I agree with most of what he said.

    0-3, a death sentence in the NFC, is probably the time to make a move, especially during a bye when you can have the extra time to restructure the staff. My thought before the season was that I didn't see the benefit to making a change that early, but now I see less benefit in not doing anything. The counter is usually something like "you really want the players thinking the organization is giving up?!?" I see it more as putting everyone the fuck on notice. Stop accepting mediocrity.

    I forgot about Skipper in the XFL. As weird as it sounds, that is actually a plus for him. I do agree that Lovie would laugh his ass off if asked to step into this mess, but I believe the original suggestion was Schottenheimer and I could actually see that. It's highly unconventional, but there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

    I am looking forward to week three and will say one positive: Eli is not a mobile Qb. I don't know how those 1st two guys we played got away sometimes, but they did. Not sure Eli will.

    Being positive is tough, it's all I got.
