    Pretty weak. I could do a much better roast than that. And while I agree that the momentum angle is overplayed, statistically there actually is a correlation between winning late the previous season and increasing your win total the following season.

    I don't like the "Cam Newton is a great player stuck on a shitty team" angle when in fact Cam craps the bed in crunch time. He also seemed to ignore the fact that we also have Jonathan Stewart when talking about DeAngelo.

    The team 'sucks' (stay at or just below average) because over the years they've signed free agent oft-hurt doods on the backsides of their careers for way too much, traded away draft picks needlessly, resigned doods for way too much needlessly; and other than the first rounds, mostly drafted guys who don't pan out or are lesser talent (even after trades for higher picks). So, other than just a handful of guys, have inferior overall talent at high costs overall and stay in perennial cap hell, as well as high priced doods who are talented, though stay on the bench hurt.

    I think it's been more of a GM problem than coaching. It's why every year, we keep having glaring holes at various positions which don't hold their ends up and what little superstar/quality talent we do have, can't make up for it consistantly for 60 mins per game or 16 games overall.

    Edit: we kinda have had coaching problems and certainly could do better, but the former still stands hadicapping whatever coaches we've had.

    In my younger days I would have responded to this challenge by writing up my own, but now I'm old and lazy and useless.
