You DO realize what Star's potential is right? Why we shit our collective pants when he was drafted?

Perhaps he means better stats, which is possible given where they play and their respective styles.

Bulaga still out injured or is he moving to LT?

GB's tackles are a bit of a mess. Sherrods been out 1.5 years with a broken leg and Bulaga has the dreaded hip injury. They've invested heavily with 2 1st rounders. Newhouse was a fifth and was very Bell like.

Guess we couldve got Bakh in 4 and gambled Kug lasted till our 5th.

I'm doing my final writeups on the rookies and the more I watch Cordarrelle Patterson the more I love his game. I don't get the criticism, I really don't. Maybe he's dumb as rocks in the classroom, but on the field he is never noticeably in the wrong place and he has already learned the little things about hand placement and wiggle in space to throw defenders off balance. I told people that Troy Williamson would bust, so when I hear people make that comparison it blows my mind. This kid is good. Maybe he'll be limited by Ponder, but if he gets the ball thrown his way he will make a difference.

I realize as you guys have stated...Short and Star are different players but thats a good thing. Short has a chance to dominate. Given the DT depth we suddenly have found he should be all the better playing less snaps. The front seven looks incredible but gotta get it done on the field.

Offense looks great at most positions and WR should be ok. Maybe the biggest unknown is punter and that I can live with for now.

Colin mentioned Patterson and athletically is he great. We'll see on him picking up a pro offense and doing the little things. Thats my question. Still like Hunter and Woods very much even if I don't love the QBs that will be throwing to them.

I love what Tenn did both in FA and the draft. Then i'm reminded they have Locker and Fitz at QB. Maybe im being a tad harsh on Locker, the recent success of the other rookie QB's have made it tough on others, he might develop into something decent yet.

If that interior Oline get solidified with Warmack, Levitre and Schwenke they could be formidable with Roos and Stewart on the edges and CJ back there.
