Ron Rivera is just not a good head coach

Yep. Is this the master of the obvious statement of the fucking year? Sure.

But as I reflect (hard not to in light of the Kasay retirement and such) on some of the earlier years, it's shocking to realize the leadership void we have now with our coaches and players. While Foxy has his obvious limitations, he was a leader.

Listening to Jordan Gross's ridiculous podcast, he reflects with Jon Beason about how when Foxy used to get players to address the team on Saturdays. That shit helped get the team to gel. That shit promoted chemistry and team togetherness. We don't have that now.

We have a cross eyed ************ staring at our number one draft pick in the background like he has no clue. He's a great x's and o's guy, he's a marvelous defensive mind, and an intensely smart football man. But he's not a leader, and he doesn't inspire as much.

We need a head man to give us an identity, to push our young quarterback, a quarterback with immense talents, but is young in his mind, far younger in his mind than his actual age...we need a presence, to command the players, to demand respect, and to connect each player to make us one fucking team, to give us something to believe in.

Ron Rivera is a dead man walking. I don't get it. Why even bother letting him stay.

Simply removing the letter "T" makes you look gay. Demonstrated below.

He's not Dan Snyder he can't afford to keep on pulling the rug from under coaches and keep a ridiculous profit. Unless you just want him to make a healthy profit on a multibillion dollar business, you monster.

Sadly, it's become very evident in the past few years that this is true.
