pretty sad that a corner of such class would be burned by a kick returner

clear example of two clubs going in opposite directions this year. .. bucs will probably be in the playoffs, jets will probably have the honor of drafting Clowney next year

No way. The Jets won't even be close to the worst team next season.

This is pretty awful for us, actually.

The NFCS is getting so good, and we're stuck in cap hell.

the jets have all but admitted they are rebuilding, and looking at their schedule it's not a stretch to see only 2 or 3 wins. Gutted D, lost their only decent RB, shitty coaching, Oline problems, crappy passing game, QB who couldn't lead a boy scout troop.
IMO they are ripe for having the worst record this year. Who are all the teams you see as having more loses than the jets?

Fair point, as a lot of the teams at the bottom have made moves to get better. But I still don't see the Jets being anywhere near as bad as Jacksonville or Oakland. If they add Warmack or Cooper and then a pass rusher like Mingo, I could see the Jets actually being pretty decent this season, especially if they complete the trade for Chris Ivory as expected. They had a lot of injuries last season and I don't think they lost anyone important besides Revis.
