So I guess getting Wilson in the third makes you want to murder his grandchildren and face-rape his wife?

The point being Hurney wouldn't know talent if it were face raping the afore mentioned wife

    That's not true.

Hurney was in love with Wilson. We had Cam Newton, we weren't going to run over and draft him high.

There were a million Wilson storylines before the draft, and Hurney has brought in a lot of good players.

HUrney's fatal flaw was fucking us with the cap - which is a sad irony, considering the guy was a capologist.

I would be pissed at another QB pick early, and it didn't make a ton of sense when Washington did it either. I mean, Cousins is good, and they need a reputable backup, but could've been handled with a vet.

The narrative that Flacco has now proven himself an elite quarterback is highly entertaining. Sportswriters are such idiots.

If you gave me a choice between the two of them, I would take Romo. I believe that a big part of Romo's playoff failures has been due to bad coaching, bad play-calling, and an insufficient running game. He's also a ditz who chokes in pressure moments, but I remember watching Dallas games and being appalled by the route combinations.

Flacco has no idea why he's successful, and obviously the sportswriters don't either. It was hysterical to watch Ron Jaworski claim that the TD pass to Jacoby Jones could have been made by only Flacco and Aaron Rodgers. The ball was snapped on the 30, thrown from the 26, and caught on the opposing 21. That's only 53 yards in the air, something I can throw, much less college or pro quarterbacks. Now add in that it was a very high arcing pass that Jacoby Jones had to stop for because it was so badly underthrown. That's the only reason Rahim Moore even got close to it. A good quarterback would have thrown it another ten yards downfield and there wouldn't have been any risk of a deflection.
