I'm starting to change my mind

I think the A.J. Green hypothetical a week ago is what brought this up. Pretty much everyone else agrees that WR is not a major need, and I don't believe it's even a minor one. I'm happy with what the team has at the position.

 

there's other things on O you could point at, but I mean, even then you're having to assume things stay where they are. I don't know that they do. I don't know that a 2nd top TE is that useful in generic offense. If the next guy runs the ball a shitload I don't know that we have room for all the youth at WR we already have.

 

So you believe our 30th ranked offense is good to go with what we have? Sorry, I disagree. I am ok with adding talent on the line as well as pass catchers, but this group isn't getting it done. And yes, Ive already mentioned that I think LaFell can be (probably already is ) a nice complimentary player, but that seems to be all we have.

 

What about the offensive line? Why talk about receivers, when our lines need dramatic upgrades?

 

New WRs won't make Cam any more accurate, improve his mechanics, or affect the pass blocking.

 

No argument there. Lines both need help also.
