    Arbitration panels should be larger than three. By the same token, season long suspensions should be ratified by a larger NFL board, rather than Goodell having that much power (even though the NFLPA agreed to give him that much power when they signed the CBA).

    I hope we slam the piss out of Vilma in week two. Smitty will be out for blood.

    However at the same time there is also currently NO law in the NFL due to this. Anyone can no show precident as to why no one in the NFL can fine or suspend them.

    I thought a year was too long anyway. Everything is looking like both sides will find a compromise . Wouldn't it be ironic if one of the players got hurt and missed the rest of the season? If the players come back what about the coaches and draft picks pulled?

    The players are going to be suspended again. The NFL will use the correct wording and this will start all over. The NFLPA found a loophole in the new CBA to get this overturned. This is sadly going to last a long time.

    Even by the boo hoo standard, New York City wins in my book. You live below sealevel on the water front, shit's gonna happen. 9/11 was not in the control of anyone who died that day. So, Giants/Jets in the SB for decades to come.
