Leinart to Oakland. Pryor odd man out. Since Wilson was drafted by Seattle do we try to get Pryor as the backup to Cam and use him like we would have used Wilson? Nothing confirmed yet.

I really don't think we need a backup QB that can run the option. Taking Pryor, for free, as an athlete would be fun.

I've read Leinart would be #2 Pryor would stay on as 3 where are you hearing Pryor is out? Or is this just speculation so we can have the "Athletic backup for athletic QB" thing covered

Anderson is the ideal backup. He fits our actual offense - which is 95% of what we run. We won't run the option with him, no. But, he's an ideal mix of experience, fitting what the OC wants, and arm.

And we still have Pickles so we have the third guy that will never wear a uniform part down

I was in Charlotte yesterday and saw Anderson walking around with his girlfriend at the mall. Looks like just another guy, albeit an unusually tall one.

Anderson is fine. If Cam gets hurt then the offense is fucked no matter who you have.

I'd hate to see us give up a #2 pick next year for this guy.

Cowboys can ask for a #2, but they wont get it. When teams know your guy is on the way out, the price drops through the floor. See Samuel, Asante.
