The source of the following is from CBSsports but there is also plenty of video of the guy and he definitely displays the talent and skill set to be a very good starting NFL corner.

    >>>”Pro scouts think his on-field ability is extraordinary. Janoris Jenkins has that rare combination of instincts, quickness and agility needed to be a truly great cover cornerback. Scouts at the Senior Bowl likened his play to that of several-time All-Pro Asante Samuel. Jenkins flashed his talents in 2010 at Florida when he held two players selected in the top six of last year's draft to an average of 38 yards a game -- Georgia's A. J. Green and Alabama's Julio Jones. He should be able to step in immediately and cover those pesky slot receivers as well as help as a punt returner. - Frank Cooney - The Sports Xchange, NFL Draft Scout”<<<

Either our FO reaches for Brockers, Poe, or Kirkpatrick, or they gamble on Jenkins. Currently I would bet a bundle that our “brain trust” will select one of those four at #9 and why wouldn't hurney roll the dice on Jenkins? More gifted than Kirkpatrick and has a little more upside on the field. However, he is “less than intelligent” apparently. . . so he'd probably fit right in on our secondary. Four arrests and three illegitimate kids . .. or is it the other way around?
Personally I would go with the BPA and take DeCastro so those of you who do not like any of the 5 mentioned . .. don't worry, I've never guessed right on a single day one panthers pick. If I bring up the guy as someone I want (or even someone our FO might want) that player is assured of playing elsewhere.)
