    He's wrong about when you need to get under the cap, but I was flipping out over the fact that Carolina is only one of four teams over the limit. I read that March 13 is the deadline, but I don't know for sure.

    There was talk about Godell taking the tag away from them as punishment for the bounty stuff. That would be some funny shit, but I imagine they just used it to buy negotiation time anyway.
