I just ran into 3 homeless guys - one in a wheelchair, one in his 60s, and one who appeared mildly retarded. Not the slightest bit athletic, but any one of them would deserve a Panthers roster spot more than Armanti Edwards. That clown's barely qualified to sell blue snocones at the stadium on gameday.

We talked about this last year, seems obvious they would be looking. I was saying take a guy late, let him develop, bring Anderson back for another year as a hedge, maybe the new guy would be ready for '13.

Isn't Armanti a lefty? All other questions aside, that might be kind of screwy.

It is not Edward's fault that we gave up too much to acquire him. He has done what most 7th round pick would be expected to do. I suspect he would have been a 7th rounder or a rookie free agent had we not did what we did.

I think people know that Hurney is the guilty party. But if Armanti had been taken in a late round, he probably would be out of the league. He was given more time to show because of the investment made in him.

That is a fair assessment as well. Edwards has some skill, he proved that in college even if it was at ASU. I am not sure kick returner and WR make the best use of his talent. He is too small to be a running back but he might make a nice change of pace guy. If you get him the ball in space like on a screen play he could be dangerous.

??? He gets the ball and space on KR/PR AND CANT DO SHIT! What makes you think a run to outside with corners, safeties, DE\'s and LBs chasing him will be better...

I think he is so afraid of muffing the punt that he is timid in everything he does on KR and PR.
