    probably not far off. Of course the Panthers defense fucking stinks.

    This alwasy seems to come up when we have a dominant college team and a suck as pro team as to if the college team could be the pro team. I'm going with NO.

    Alabama has 8 projected first rounders on defense. All the remaining are projected to go no less than the 3rd round. Of course they are not an NFL defense but they are not far off.

    I see what you are saying, one of the dudes doing the game mentioned there could be 10 NFL prospects in that one LSU/Bama game. Pretty impressive but pro players on a crappy NFL team are still pros so I think they'd still beat the best college team in any given year.

    That's probably true. There used to be a college all star series vs an NFL team.

    The series went 31-9-2 favoring the NFL. So the college team won enough to not call it a fluke.

    My original post was more tongue and cheek, but it's not that far off. Point is there were a lot of studs out there and several top NFL prospects that will be drafted. I would venture that even more than 10 players from the teams will be drafted if you consider what the younger guys waiting around to play will end up doing as well.
