    nice to see it all today.


    Newton - efficient, relatively mistake free. Weird thinking about it being "only" 256 yards.
    Smith - just an average day this year
    Mare - 4/4

    Gotta agree. Applewhite has been better than what I thought we were getting. But I guess it doesn't take much to upgrade our D once you get past the top 4 or 5 players.

    I think overall it was Newton's best game. He didn't have gaudy stats, but it was his best overall performance so far in terms of decision making and execution.

    Running more helps, and having no turnovers. Our defense isn't good enough to weather a game that's not nearly flawless. We've won both games where he has not thrown an interception, and the other quarterback sucked.
