    If the Panthers stop the run, they could win by two touchdowns. I just think they're catching Chicago in "Oh shit we better win" mode, and I sort of expect a simplified game plan from them.

    I think we can win.

    Which is just a nice place to be as a Panthers fan. Last year, I knew we couldn't.

    Haven't been this excited since 2003 - and we're 1-2.

    it will define whether we are "contenders" for the playoffs or "rebuilding" this year. nice to feel nervous before a game again.

    I guess if you count being gashed up the middle consistently for 6-8 yds, then yeah they're doing fan-fucking-tastic!!!

    yeah, we're going to struggle to play defense if a team gets up by more than 7, but in this game I feel fairly solid about our chances in trench play on both sides of the ball. I think we match up well overall actually.

    These two teams know each other intimately enough that you'll see them struggle to come up with new shit. Actually, our D and QB are brand new to them.
