    They don't want to concede that. What gets me is...ok, so they're thinking that if possibly that have a shot at the playoffs, and he does come back, he can help them surge into the postseason and make a run for it.

    But this is a team that minus one player, turns from playoff to 0-for...I mean, I don't understand how those guys can walk around with any pride whatsoever. It seems like yeah, they'd just put him on IR.
