    Otah's moving fine. Just not practicing much. My feeling is it's a version of the "J-Stew No Practice Rule", but hell, none of us (not Gantt, Reed, Person) really know. Anyone who pretends to have the scoop is probably wrong, or ended up guessing right. Such is journalism in sports in the year 2011.
