Olsen is a vertical threat who can challenge defenses down the seams, while Shockey would be more of an underneath possession-type option.

People were talking 3rd for Smitty, I would call that a steal.

    A '13 5th for Haynesworth, steal.

3rd round pick is pretty good. Who was the last good player, that contributed on offense, that we picked in the 3rd round? Smith?

Exactly, you have got to love this deal. Deep draft next year and that 3rd will be a good player but Olsen is proven. I love the change of style and getting not 1 but 2 playmaking TEs. If this team went as is...I'd be ok. Not sure we are done yet though. CBs a need but seriously Kendric Burney is a sleeper to make the squad and play the nickel. Slow, small, etc but Kendric is a playmaker ala Munnerlyn. He could really surprise. All of this comes down to Cam. I pray he can take care of the ball and build confidence and we could be super tough.

Let me say this though...will the defensive ends get enough pressure to be true contenders if Cam does work out. Thats a question but the team is looking solid if not a really incredible turnaround type situation.
