    moore doesn't need another shot here. if someone else wants to give him that so be it. he's shown himself to be an adequate backup that can do what a backup needs to do. come in and win a few games here and there in a stretch. its much the same reason why delhomme didn't need to be brought back on the field as a starter here again. when it's over and done, let it be over and done.

    The reason IMO we didn't sign one is because Hurney knew Fox would have started him.

    And I'm as certain as I could be that Fox staying was a JR decision. I'm not a fan of Hurney, but last year was set up to be a lame duck clusterfuck.

    I love the roundabout way Fox used to get St. Pierre on the roster, and eventually starting that week. That's probably the point when him and Hurney stopped talking to each other.

    Yeah, but I'm saying that was the plan Hurney presented to JR. Richardson will throw his weight around on particular decisions, but he's not Jerry Jones making elaborate plans about the direction of the franchise.
