    A little surprising but Hogan's DUI's are probably more concerning than Newton's pay to play situation.

    newton's pay-to-play isn't as concerning as his lack of pass attempts in college, inexperience reading defenses, questionable accuracy/ability to throw into tight windows, being from a spread offense, relying too much on his legs, inexperience checking down to receivers and transitioning from an overly simplistic offense.
