    So if we draft him at #1 he is apt to feel entitled and be a slacker but if we don't draft him at #1 he will feed off of that negativity and beecome all world? Is that the ultimate mock from the football gods?

    Newton has way too much "look at me!" in him on the field to not be a prima donna who eventually clashes with coaches and no-nonsense veterans.

    Players clash with eachother, anyway. His attitude doesn't bother me as long as it's consistant. I don't see him being bipolar like VY.

    It still boggles the mind that he was supposed to kneel late in the national championship game and decided to run it instead. I'm pretty sure that Willie Beamon is Newton's hero.

    I think it will be anyway. I don't know that we'd need to add players undermining coaches to not be conservative.
