    Yeah, I'm guessing that's four more coaches that will get raises at their respective institutions.

    Barnes is 55 - I'd love to see him go to State. What about David Thompson?? Too much baggage?

    Barnes would be a blithering idiot to leave Texas. He would have given an arm to get the State job years ago but they went with Sendek (State wishes he was back) Barnes would have been great in Raleigh. I hate to see Sid go but the fact is, it's not working.

    I don't see Barnes leaving UT until they make him. The perks are too good, including the coeds.

    You DO realize Herb's Arizona State team this year went 2-14, 12-19, dead last in the Pac 10, right ?

    Sean Miller..would have been great, but he's just establishing himself in AZ, no way he leaves

    Fox...possible, I suppose

    State needs to hire a young coach that is just starting to roll. No old "big names' crap like the last hire attempt. Go get Shaka Smart from VCU. ( if for nothing else but his name)

    Sidney Lowe had an 86-78 overall record, but just 25-55 in ACC play

    Lowe inherited a program coming off five straight NCAA tournament trips

    His teams never finished higher than ninth in the ACC
