Gantt hates Fox

I didn't know he married his sister

 

Ouch.

I wish Gantt would pick a guy to promote every year. Last year, I was so sick of Armanti Edwards I could not stand it. Now we are seeing the same slurping going on over Cam.

From the Observer's perspective, Cam would sell papers and give them something to write about. Since Gantt has said that he is not a fan, maybe his interests lie in job security.

I know him a little, and he is a very nice guy, which is why I hesitate to bash him too hard. For years he was the little beat writer from SC who covered the Panthers better than the newspaper who, ironically, can see the stadium from their building. But this Cam slurping has got to stop. Get off your knees son and wipe the coin purse dust off your chin, for Pete's sake.

 

I don't necessarily think he's slurping Cam Newton that hard. I mean he's in the media and he's arguably the top quarterback in the draft and just had his pro day, every writer not just him is writing about Newton. He never said, 'omg he's gonna be a great qb and unstoppable'. Newton had a nice pro day, everybody is saying that, so take what you will from that. Jamarcus Russel had a sick pro day as well. He prolly hates Fox though.

 

He's a moron and a douche. He's a morouche.

He was never better than Yaskinskas, while being better than Fowler & Sorensen isn't saying anything. Fowler just writes fluff, and Sorensen just spews cynicism. Gantt is embarrassingly bad for an NFL beat writer, as you can tell by reading any other major paper.

 

I'm dying to hear your opinion of Ed Hardin.

 

I wonder what interesting combos people would come up with in description of you.

I'd still rather see you writing the beat here for what its worth.
