    The best we can hope for is that they agree to extend the deadline another week or two. 24hrs is not enough time to complete the CBA deal.

    agreed, but in sales...and that is what this is, one of the keys is to get yes' to the trial close's as much as possible. Once the head begins to nod forward more than side to side then there is traction for a positive conclusion to take place.
