    I'm sure Smith is happy about it... but a franchise is not going to hire a coach to make a player happy... if that was the case, I would expect Skipper here as well.

    Not a bad hire. Probably better than Sullivan.

    Still unsure whether they see Turner in the role Proehl interviewed for.

    I feel good about it, he's been working with young guys the last few years (which he'll be doing here) and has the history with Smitty.
