    For a team coming off 2-14 the table is set for Rivera. If he can find an efficient QB he should go at least 8-8 maybe better next year.

    So if you'd told me last year we'd have these guys now I wouldn't have believed you. Good hires. Gotta do more work though. Line coaches, QBs coach are critical.
