    Look at the staff Lovey Smith has accumulated...Marts and Marianelli (sp) both former HCs. Not a bad formula.

    Yeah, I know that, but what I mean about being out of commission is that he has MS or some debilitating disease like that and can barely move. He was in bad shape for a while the last thing I read a few years ago. Besides, I don't think he's that active in running the company; I think one or more of his sons runs it.

    JR has tarnished his reputation the last couple of years I am sure. It used to be coaches and players wanted to come here and play for JR, not so much now...

    The next generation of Richardson's are fucking up the Panthers...Jebus, that's the reason I gave up on the Bears in te 90's.:oops:
