    Looks like he played for Schottenheimer in KC and then coached under him in DC, and san diego.

    Looks like Schotty likes him.

    Seems to be a pretty laid back guy. I like his personality.

    I'm warming up to the idea that the Panthers seem to have no idea who they want but will find the best assistant coach out there and made him their head coach.

    I trust JR more than two franchises who just fired Mike Singletary and Josh McDaniels.

    fair enough because they hired Singletary and McDaniels, but I'd have fired them too.

    I was referring to they had to hire them first....

    Manusky is as left field as Fox.

    God, I remember how disappointed people were with the Fox hire, after lusting for Dungy and Spurrier.

    much further left. Fox was a name, he'd been a candidate before and there was talk of how screwed it was that Lewis and Fox were more accessible on crappy teams in 2001 than incredible teams in 2000.
