When did Atlanta get bounced out of the playoffs?

Actually, coaches of teams with a bye, can interview during the bye week. I believe this was put into place sometime after we 'tampered' with Capers when the Steelers were still in the playoffs.

I think he would be really good for the offense. And I'd love it if we could take the OC and then shove it up their ass every year from here on out.

And we have none scheduled, that we know about, from any of the bye teams. Right?

Holy shit, you're still retarded. I guess that's to be expected, since I don't think you could overcome genetic deficiencies to your intellect over the two years or whatever it has been since I last posted. Seriously, Mularkey was a failure in Buffalo for a reason, and it's not like his brilliant play-calling has been the reason for Atlanta's offensive success. He's a solid OC, but no one special, and he's not someone I would ever want for a head coach.

Hiring an "OFFENSIVE GUY" to be, essentially, the administrator of the team is not going to magically cure our shitty offense.

Firing Davidson has already fixed it by at least 25%. This is a league in which these things matter the most:

    1. Players
    2. Coordinators
    3. GM

The head coach, as Black and Blue once put it, are just there to prance around for the cameras.

It doesn't matter if we hire Rivera (whom I like), so long as he brings a person of high offensive intellect with him. (working in Atlanta, in case you don't watch football).
